today was actually my off day...but got boat pt...so have to go back do lo..suck it up...went for practise in the morning for driving before going back for the camp to clear the shit.Feels like long time never run already...like going fatter de gan jue.Today wanted to run also but got myself injured on the knee side..feeling damn uncomrtable with the pain and cant move around freely...sian ar...pls heal me fast so i can stop
